Background
People who visit Active Parks can expect to maintain and improve their health, as well as reduce the negative impact of physical inactivity — one of the main modern risk factors. Regular exercise strengthens the immune system and increases the body's resistance to adverse environmental factors, including viral diseases.
An additional benefit is the prevention of injuries, reduction of age-related changes on the body, and the formation of active longevity. The platform was conceived as a public initiative to make sport accessible to absolutely everyone — regardless of fitness level, age, or location.
Project Description
The social project of the President of Ukraine and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, "Active Parks — Locations for a Healthy Ukraine", involves creating a navigation map for free recreational activities in parks and squares.
The main goal is to encourage people to participate in regular training sessions aimed at developing basic motor skills — including general endurance, strength, agility, coordination, flexibility, and speed.
Make free outdoor sport accessible to every citizen through a digital ecosystem covering all regions of Ukraine — on web, iOS, and Android.
Challenges We Solved

Cloud Migration
Migrating to a full AWS cloud infrastructure and integrating all products — web, iOS, Android — into a single cohesive ecosystem.
Specs for New Services
Developing detailed technical specifications for continuously adding new services and features to the existing live platform.
PCI Security Compliance
Ensuring the platform fully complies with PCI security standards to protect user data and meet government requirements.

Value Delivered
ActiveParks is a large-scale digital ecosystem available on Web, iOS, and Android. Since 2024, the second version has been in operation — fully compatible with heart rate sensors and smart watches. It integrates advanced formulas to calculate each user's activity during training, offers more than a hundred video tips from renowned politicians and athletes, and hosts thousands of daily events open to everyone.
The platform empowers thousands of coordinators and hundreds of thousands of participants, connecting society and sports clubs in a single dynamic space. Starting August 2024, development of the third version began — a sports social network designed to enable seamless data exchange among all users.
"We are committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusivity, making sport accessible, inspiring, and truly for all."
